Great double room

Hi,

I have a double room to rent on the top floor of a stunning refurbished Tudor building. Room available with or without furniture. Nice floor to ceiling built in wardrobes and 32 inch wall mounted flat screen tv. There is some communal grass area on the ground floor I have a cleaner come in once a week which would be included. I expect the person to be very clean and tidy and treat the flat as a professional household. The flat is a 2 min walk from the bus stop and 5 mins walk from Surbiton station. You would be living with a professional couple.
