Room to rent in Surbiton/Tolworth area

I have a large bedroom to rent out for 3 months or longer in Surbiton/Tolworth. I am abroad for the forseable future so my room is available. This is a 3 bedroom house with Broadband and Sky tv. I have a garden and a driveway which is not in use so can be used for off street parking. I am 10 minutes walk from Tolworth station and a 20 minute bus ride from Kington town centre. My cousin also lives in the house and will be in charge in my absence though I will be contactable via email while I'm away if there is any need. I am looking for a professional mature flatmate to fit in with the lifestyle of the current dweller(s). All bills included.
