Very good value, nice rooms. You can discuss bringing your own bed / mattress or using those supplied. Rooms will fit double bed but please note this HMO is licenced for single occupants ONLY. Guests may stay a max of 2 consecutive evenings with the express permission from the landlord.

You will have your own space and peace. There are 3 showers, 3 basins and 3 toilets, 2 large kitchens. 24/7 hot water (brand new top range boiler). Full internet access. A weekly cleaner.

Would suit professionals or sensible students. This is a household where people stay long term and enjoy a peaceful nights sleep. Absolutely NO smoking anywhere on the premises.
