Large single room available in a stunning 3 bed house. The house benefits from a through living room/dining room leading to a conservatory, has a modern spec kitchen with all appliances and a family bathroom. It also boasts a large garden, garage and shed as well as a driveway and plenty of parking in a quiet residential area. The house is light and airy and not more than a 12minute walk to Berrylands station with an easy commute to central London and only a short walk to Tolworth shopping as well as bus services to Kingston, Surbiton and New Malden.
The room is a large single. It comes unfurnished so you'll need a bed and a wardrobe but it has some built in shelves in one corner and a high shelf fixed along one wall. The rest of the house comes furnished but happy for you to bring some added extras.
You'll be sharing with 2 female professionals who love to chill out and have fun, and we also have a little Westie dog and 2 outdoor guinea pigs so hope you're animal friendly :) That in mind, we're clean and tidy individuals who respect each others privacy but looking for a friend not a stranger for this bubbly Welsh and Scottish household!
