I'm looking for someone to replace me in my current place as I'm moving out following a new job I just got.

The room is in a flat of two double bedrooms. It's on the ground floor of a quiet residential building(only 3 floors). Double glazing throughout the flat.

The double room is spacious, at the rear of the building so very quiet and furnished: bedside table, fitted floor to ceiling wardrobe, 4 large drawers under the bed. (you're free to change the curtains - they were here when I moved in at first)

Shared living room with sofa, 2 armchairs, dinning table and bookcases (and space for your own books and stuff)

Kitchen with usual appliances, oven, hob, washing machine etc.

Bathroom with bath and separate toilets.

Offsite parking possible - need to apply to the council for a parking permit.

Bills not included and comes around 150£ (council tax, gas, electricity, water and broadband)

Walking distances:
*5 min from Surbiton main high street (including a good sized Sainsbury)
*5/10 min to the station (fast train is 17 min non stop to Waterloo)
*10 min from waitrose
*10 min from the river side with lots of pubs and restaurants

Regular buses to Kingston (takes around 15 min to Eden Street and Bental center) and you can walk there in 25 min.
Big Virgin gym in Kingston as well as cinema, etc

About you:
*no student
*no couples
*no DSS
*no pets
*no kids

basically just the usual, friendly but can respect privacy, not an hermit but not a party animal either :) and you'll have to be tidy as well please.

My Flatmate is easy going, professional male works in central London. I'm a 29 years old French female and we had a good balance/dynamic but both male and female will be considered.
