I have a single room to let in my house in Surbiton. THIS IS A SHORT MONDAY TO FRIDAY LET ONLY, although a full time short let will be considered.
In the room there is a single bed, shelving unit, table and chair. It is a small but bright room, neutrally decorated, and faces the (quiet) road.
The buses to Kingston and Surbiton are only a couple of minutes walk away, as is a corner shop, and in the other direction a small Tesco metro.
All utility bills and wi-fi connection are included in the rent.
As I am the home owner, this is not a house share situation although of course you will have use of the kitchen for preparing meals and doing laundry.
I am retired but lead a busy life. If you would like to see the room or have any questions please contact me.
