Lovely room in Surbiton for rent

I have a double bedroom to rent in my three bedroom flat. It is a modern flat with a cosy lounge, nice kitchen and bathroom. The bedroom has a double wardrobe, bed, mattress and a dressing table.

I'm 24, and my other housemate is 26. We are looking for someone friendly and sociable who we can enjoy a glass of wine or watch a film with - not someone who hibernates in their room 24/7! Ideally looking for another girl to join us, and someone who is clean and tidy!

The rent is 650 a month including all bills. We have Virgin broadband and TV, Netflix, a dishwasher, and it is a 5 min walk to Surbiton station and the shops. You need a parking permit to park on the road which is 80 a year.
