Generous Sized Double Room For Rent In Family Home

I'm renting out a double room in my house in Berrylands, Surbiton. I'm a single father and live with my 7 year old daughter. All bills are included with the room and the room is furnished apart from a tv. There is access to a living room, kitchen, shared bathroom and garden. The area is nice and quiet, mostly family homes on the road. There is a bus stop 2 minutes away and you can get to surbiton high street in 10-15 mins and kingston in 20-25. You can get to central London by surbiton or tolworth train stations both around 15 mins away. I would prefer a female housemate as I have a daughter, however I am open to male applications, any age above 18. Either a student or professional is fine.
