There is a good size room with double bed, bedside table, 2 wardrobes and a large cabinet.

The price is £435 plus bills and council tax which makes around £600 ish per month. The bills will be split equally.

You will be sharing the flat with a lovely fluffy kitten, no suitable if you have allergies.
