The current housemates are students at Kingston University. Ranging from first year through to a masters student.

There are 6 bedrooms, a shared bathroom, 2 toilets and a second shower room. There is also a communal living room joining the kitchen.

This property is in great location from Kingston. It also offers amazing transport links to around London. It is a 15 minute walk from Surbiton station which has a fast train into Waterloo in only 15 minutes.

The room comes with a wardrobe, double bed and desk/chair. It is facing the back garden with a large window.

There is a £600 deposit. The contract runs until September 2015. The rent works out at £100 per week or £433. 34 per month. Bills are not included but are around £20-£30 per month that includes gas, electric and internet.
