Single bedroom to rent in Selsdon Close, Surbiton, 5 minutes walk from Penrhyn Road and 5 minutes walk from Surbiton Station. Would suit either Students at Kingston University or students taking a Placement Year working in Central London. Will be living with 3 lads so another male is really what we’re looking for.

Contract ends 17th July 2015, £550 per month rent, bills not inclusive, and your first rental payment would be on the 16th January 2015. Move in date discussable.

Deposit of £800 is payable to me rather than the estate agency but you will get the £825 I paid to the estate agency back at the end of the contract. I think there will also be referencing fees to pay direct to estate agency.
