You can't get better location then this road, 1min walk to bus stop, 2 min to Surbiton St (train to LDN - fast (14mins) + all stops, trains to guilford and Brighton) & the A3 is 4/5 mins by car going to Portsmouth, M25 or into LDN. Local shops, bars and pubs all stones throw away, Kingston is a 5-10 min walk down the Thames for shopping centres or a bigger night out. The room is ground floor with double doors onto the garden so gets good natural light and fresh air, great in the summer. LARGE double bedroom with lots of free standing storage included plus garage next to it for unwanted larger items. Very clean household with 8-6 routines so would similar professional, good neighbours who know each other. Double glazed throughout, heating & hot water never a problem.... I was the 2nd viewer after 3 days of it being on the market, i suspect this time will be much the same so get in whilst you can!!
