A spacious double room available in a 3 bed semi detached house. The house boasts a large shared lounge, fully fitted kitchen and dining space as well as a large private garden perfect for barbeques in the summer. There is also off street parking for 1 car and a small 3rd bedroom which is currently used as an office / creative space.

The house is a short 5-10min bus ride to Surbiton BR train station- with LONDON WATERLOO just a 16 minute journey time. The bus stop is located 2 minutes from the house with a local Sainsbury's a short walk and easy access to Surbiton and Kingston town centres.

I am looking for a fellow professional to share the house with. I am sociable and friendly but also value space to relax and unwind.

All utilities are included in the monthly cost i. e. Gas, electricity, water, council tax, virgin tv and broadband etc.
