Hi I'm Matt, I'm looking for someone to move into my flat as my housemate is moving to dubai to be a DJ, I'm friendly and sociable so I would be looking for someone who is similar, I work as an actor stand up comedian and makeup artist, male or female applicants are welcome, the flat itself is great, it's very large, there is a large living room with lots of storage areas and has a large kitchen area a toilet a bathroom and your bedroom is really nice warm and spacious.

The area is really nice and a highly prized place to live in London, the station is a 4 min walk away and it takes 17 mins to get to waterloo or about 10 mins to get to clapham jct 6 or 7 mins to get to Wimbledon.
