Double Room with Thames View

The room is a lovely double with a view of the Thames in top floor flat. The building is a beautiful 1920's apartment block with an old style grated lift.
It's quite a large double room furnished with a double bed, drawers, wardrobe and chair.
There is a fair size kitchen and a shared dining room/ lounge.
It's a pretty laid back house and you'd be sharing with two girls in their twenties.
We're 10 minute walk along the river to Kingston town centre and 10 min walk to Surbiton station where you can get to waterloo in less than 20 minutes.
The rent is £450 and bills come to about £90 a month.
