We are a friendly professional couple in our 30's looking for a similar professional or a mature student who, like us, is considerate, clean and tidy, keeps fairly normal hours and is reliable.

We're located 15-20 mins walk to Berrylands/Tolworth Stations, 5 mins to K2 stop, 10 mins to Tolworth for local shops/supermarkets and buses to Surbiton/Kingston etc.

Also plenty of free on-street parking and easy accessibility to A3/M25.
