Light and spacious, comfortable double room (council tax band E) in a friendly 4 bedroom shared house. The room is attractive and fully furnished and overlooks the garden.
You will be living with 2 professionals.. We have different work shifts so we are looking for someone who can be respectful of this - who is likeminded, friendly and tidy.
The kitchen - (all utensils etc. provided plus fridge freezer, tumble drier and washing machine.) The lounge is shared with the other housemates and the bathroom is shared with only one other housemate. You also have use of the garden, which is great for bbqs in the summer. There is a shed for bicycles in the garden and off-street parking at the front of the house.
The house is semi-detached in a pleasant area and opposite a large park. It is located in Surbiton, close to Tolworth Broadway which has a large variety of shops, café’s and restaurants.
The house is perfect for public transport. It is very near a bus stop with frequent buses to Surbiton centre, Kingston, Epsom, Putney and many other locations. It is an easy walk or a short bus ride to Surbiton Station, where you can catch trains which get to Waterloo in 15 minutes.
There is a cleaner who comes every week to clean all the communal areas. Broadband is provided and all bills are included.
