The room comes fully furnished with large built in wardrobes which are fantastic for storage. The bed is new and only had since before xmas. There is also another unit with draws too.
The house is a 4 bed town house. It has a garage which you can store things in. We also have a lovely garden which is great for bbqs in the summer. It has a communal kitchen with a gas stove and a fan assisted electric oven, microwave, fridge freezers and a dishwasher. The washing machine and tumble dryer are in our laundry room.
We have a communal front room where we often watch a film together and occasionally eat together.
We have a downstairs toilet and a bathroom upstairs with a power shower.
I'm moving out as I have found a place of my own.
My housemates are looking for another male who is sociable but does their own thing, is clean and tidy and who is respectful to everyone in the house. The usual things in a housemate.
The landlord will let you redecorate the room as long as he can approve what colours you choose etc.

The rent is £539 and the bills are £115 totalling £654. You will pay the usual one off admin fee of £125.
