En suite private top floor room Surbiton

Hi, firstly I don't know why and I couldn't change it but I'm NOT a live in landlord so I don't live in the house :)

I have a very stylish and contemporary 4 bedroom house in a really lovely area in Surbiton,15min walk to surbiton station or a quick bus ride,1min walk to bus stop or the shops. I am looking to rent the top floor double room to a couple, the room has an en suite bathroom with a big walk in wardrobe and it is absolutely lovely and spacious. The house is also have a very big garden and parking space and it is contemprory designed with a big kitchen and everything is new, central heating, real wood flooring etc.. so it's really a house to be proud of living in it :)
