Large double room in Surbiton

Looking for someone to take my room in Surbiton. Move-in would be between the 10th and 14th of February. The lease runs until Mid-September but I can ask about renewals if needed.
It's a ten-minute walk from Surbiton station and close to the high street.
It's a large room with access to the front garden. It includes a double bed, wardrobe, bedside table and a desk.
Your flatmates would be two girls in their final year in Filmmaking at Kingston Uni. Everyone is generally very busy and doing their own thing, but hangouts are frequent.
Bills are 40 a month.
There is a 200 pound agency fee.
