Week days only-Monday to Friday a lovely spacious double room to rent for a quiet person in a two bedroom house-sharing only with me and my cat. The house has been recently refurbished to an excellent standard, there is also a pretty back garden .Very good location with a bus stop just a minute walk-71, k4, 671, it takes about 10minutes to reach Surbiton station.
Rent is £400(depends on how many days in) all inclusive(gas, electricity, council tax, internet) +month deposit
