There is a Tesco Express 5 minutes walk away, a corner shop practically next door and a bus stop right across the road. Good links to Surbiton Station which is around a 20 minute walk or a 10 minute bus ride (buses to the station come about every 8 minutes).
Rent for this room is £405 excluding bills, but with all of these added comes to £485 to be paid on the 18th of each month
