Kitchen has all mod cons, plus washer & dryer. Opening out to lovely spacious south facing garden with BBQ, ideal for summer evening chill outs. 
Large lounge with fireplace and dining room.
TV and WiFi.
The shower room is shared, but worth it!! 
If you drive street parking is free and generally plenty of spaces. For those that cycle there is a space to keep your bicycle. Additional loft storage if needed. 



EXCELLENT TRANSPORT LINKS FROM SURBITON
The house is 10 min walk from two recreation grounds and the bus stop just a few houses away from our house, with buses to Surbiton and Kingston-upon-Thames. Small row of shops including corner shops nearby. It’s a 20 min walk to Surbiton high street & station and 25 min walk down to Kingston-upon-Thames.


Fast train direct to London Waterloo (access to Jubilee, Northern and Bakerloo tube lines) takes 16mins only. With over seven trains an hour. 
Wimbledon (district line tube) is 10mins 
Clapham Junction 14mins 

Gatwick-25mins by car or 24mins from Clapham Junction Station.
Heathrow-25mins by car or by tube from Piccadily Line.



We are an easy relaxed friendly hospitable couple, who loves people around. I have a baking business on site, so you guaranteed some lovely food and cakes from time to time. 

Are very involved in volunteering for Special Olympics, it is so lovely to work with the special need athletes.
