We do not share a dining room .

All bills included , except Tv license.
Fast reliable 100 mbps Virgin Cable broadband .
1 month deposit and 1 month rent paid in advance, this is common practice. References are required .

Full time working person for a Bedsit room in an Aparment/flat sharing with 2 other people. who are a sociable Household and often we get together for weekend home pizza but we respect each other space.

The room is nicely decorated as you can see from the photos.
The property is well maintained, clean and warm in the winter.
This is a CLEAN &QUIET HOME we do not slams door especially when people are sleeping/resting:) nor we steal the milk :)
-Cleaner to clean bedrooms and shared parts fortnightly (every 14 days)
-All bills included-Fast Virgin internet but not tv license.
