1 Double room to rent in a 3 bedroom semi detached house. The house is only 5 to 10 min walk from Sutton train station and out local high street, which contains shops, restaurants, bus stops and gyms.

It is fully furnished with plenty of storage places. The rent is £700per month including all the bills and has free and fast wifi. The bathroom will be shared with other tenant only. We require £500 deposit and references. The bathroom and the kitchen have recently been redecorated. The kitchen is fully equipped with tenents own fridge freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave, smart hob and a halogen oven.
