• The lounge opens onto a lovely private GARDEN, complete with outdoor table and chairs, perfect for an evening drink or BBQ when we have warmer days!

LOCATION:
• The house is ideally located close to Sutton High Street and Station (0.6 miles or a 10 min walk). This recently regenerated high street has everything to offer from supermarkets, speciality shops, gyms, cinema, coffee shops, causal and formal dining. There are also great links to Wimbledon (17 min), Blackfriars (40 mins), Epsom (10 mins) on the Thameslink service.
• SHOPS: ASDA and Sainsbury’s supermarkets, St Nicolas and Times Square Shopping centres and the Empire Cinema – are all 10 min walk away
