Bright, large furnished room on the top floor of a quiet Edwardian house in a desirable road in Sutton, It has the advantage of its own fully fitted and equipped kitchen, The shared bathroom/WC and separate WC is just on the first floor. Currently there are 4 other male tenants who keep the facilities clean. (I live in the ground floor flat and am available should there be any maintenance problems to deal with). There is never a queue! All have their own kitchens and are mostly out at work. The room is clean and freshly decorated with a window looking out to the quiet street.
Should you require parking, you would need to acquire a residents parking permit for a space in the road, but the station and buses to everywhere are only a few minutes walk away. As is the High Street with shops, banks, bars, restaurants etc. and a superb library.
There is a meter for electricity but all other uitilities are included in the rent.
