Double, no deposit, all bills included, garden

Hello.

This is a lovely house with people you will like to live together with.

You won't need to pay a deposit as long as you can show you have a steady income (we'll need a few recent payslips or an employment contract to prove that).

All bills are included in the rent. That includes gas, water, electricity, council tax, TV license and WiFi, which in total would be around £100. You won't need to pay any of that - you only pay your monthly rent of £650.

Lovely house and lovely housemates, easy and free parking, garage to store excess stuff, dishwasher 😀 .

The double room is of good size, with a double bed, and plenty of storage, and of course there is the garage to store suitcases etc..

You'll share two modern bathrooms and a separate toilet, so no queues to worry about.

Cheam Village with its numerous supermarkets, restaurants and cafes is a short walk away and beautiful Nonsuch Park is around the corner. Lovely peaceful area 30 seconds walk to bus stop.

The cherry on the cake is that the landlady is a very reasonable and lovely person.
