Hi!

I have a large double bedroom to rent, it is fully furnished, with access to your own bathroom.

The bedroom has an ottoman bed, wardrobe, 6 drawer chest of drawers and shelves. If you are working from home, there is definitely room to add a desk and chair.

The room comes with off street parking.

All bills are included in the £750. The house comes with broadband, Sky and Netflix included 😊

I enjoy socialising in the house, so would be looking for someone friendly to share the space with.

I have a little fur ball of a cat - so ideally you like cats.

I own the house which is handy as can quickly fix anything that breaks, and take a relaxed attitude to hanging pictures / making the place your own.

I’m a management consultant, working from home during Covid times but usually work in Central London.

The house is 4 min walk from West Sutton Station, 10 mins from Sutton station, and about 5 mins into Sutton town itself.
