Flat for short let in Sutton

The flat comes as a whole and it is rented out for two months. The cost is 1400£ a month. The flat is ideally located and quiet. Close to town and to the hospital, to public transport. We are less then 5 minutes away from Sutton Common and the buses to Morden and Wimbledon and only one mile away from Sutton train station. We are less than five minutes away from the gym, supermarkets and all shops. The flat is light, equipped with bedding, towels, kitchen utensils. We are moving so there won't be a broadband but a smart TV. For three people renting the rent my go up. This is T discretion of the landlady. For example two or three working professionals from home would use more gas and electricity than somebody working outside
