The flat is located literally 2 min walking from Cheam Station with links to London Victoria and London Bridge. In 3 minutes you can reach Sutton where you have lots of links to central London as well.
The flat also has a large living room with sofa, TV and work/dinner table. Plus you have YOUR OWN fridge in the kitchen.
Please bear in mind that we live in a quiet building in a quiet area. No loud noises are allowed in the flat after 10pm.
