Double Bedroom

Large double bedroom available from september in a lovely 4 bed house with 2F &1M. One of these rooms will be vacant most the time due to working abroad. The room is newly refurbished and comes with a double bedframe/mattress/desk (optional)/chest of drawers/wardrobe. Previous tennants have arranged the furniture according to their needs. I can show photos of previous housemates upon request. The current pictures are of the current housemate.
The house itself has a homely vibe which everyone takes advantage of to relax and have some social nights but with a good balance of time alone and eating together. With a big garden to relax in when the weather is nice, a firepit and gardens furniture to relax on. Very close to all three stations in sutton and 5 minute walk to the highstreet. 20 minute train ride to waterloo its excellent for getting into london. The current housemates enjoy a occasional casual drink after work, love hiking and good coffee!
