Large furnished double room for a single occupant

Hi, we have a large, luxurious furnished double room available for single occupant, preferably a professional.
The house is very airy and receives full day sun light. You will get a fridge/freezer, and a microwave in the room.
There are many buses on route available and Sutton train station is 7-8 minutes walk away. The high street is only 5 minutes away. Garden and kitchen area can be used, but no other shared living spaces.
We do like the house to stay clean and so would appreciate someone who is tidy.
It costs £800 per month and £800 deposit. The rent is inclusive of all bills including broadband.
Can give the room for £700 per month to someone who doesn't need kitchen access.
