Amazing room with great views of London.

I have a huge room available in a very quiet block in central Sutton. The room has a large balcony with great panoramic views across London. With hardwood parquet floors and big windows this room is a great place to relax after a hard days work. There is a large wooden bed with big comfy mattress and a huge settee and plenty of cupboards, tables and drawers. The flat is shared with myself, the landlord, only. I have a large room for myself so we are independent of each other. There is a large kitchen with everything you need and a washing machine and dryer. There is a lovely shower room and a separate toilet. All bills are included which includes council tax, electricity, high speed internet. The apartment is next to Manor Park which is a lovely place to watch the world go by. It’s a 6 minute walk to Sutton station with fast trains into London Victoria taking roughly 30 minutes. Sutton high street is a 3 minute walk away with great shops, restaurants and bars. I’m looking for a working professionals who are clean, organised and not party animals. This is a quiet place so if you’re into parties and lots of entertaining this is not for you.
