We have three double rooms available in a houseshare in Sutton and we are looking for housemates interested in short term renting only. The property is a mid terrace Victorian style with 3 double bedrooms, 2 reception rooms, kitchen, bathroom and an immaculate garden. It is close to the town centre and walking distance to West Sutton or Sutton Mainline stations.

The property was refurbished less then 2 years ago with a beautiful kitchen and a very spacious and modern bathroom. We do intend to carry out some minor thermal upgrades in the 2 reception rooms and utility room whilst the rooms are rented but we will only be working on one room at a time during office hours and disruption will be minimal.
