Newly Refurbished Studio/ Couples Welcome

Hi everyone,

We are proud to offer a stunning studio in a lovely house in the heart of Sutton.

The room comes fully furnished, and the communal areas are kept clean and tidy. The shared spaces include a fridge, freezer, washing machine, microwave, and all essential kitchen appliances.

Couples welcome for £300 per week.

We do not charge any deposit, however, the below is required:

To secure the room, a holding deposit of £200 is required. This amount will be deducted from the balance due later.

After making the payment, please send your documents via email. Then, you will need to visit our office to pay the following:

The first two weeks of the rent

The last two weeks (notice period)

A one-time payment of £200 to cover utility bills for the first six months of the contract.

If you decide to extend the contract on a rolling basis after the initial six months, no additional payment for utilities will be required.

We offer maintenance service, cleaner and Wi-Fi as a courtesy, it is not included on the bills or rent. We don't charge for these services provided. It's just to keep our standard.

All the flatmates are young professionals who are clean and respectful, so we are looking for someone who can maintain the same standards.
