Furnished double room available in large flat. Shared spaces are clean and roomy. Space to store belongings if needed.
Off street parking available as well as access to garage if needed.
Less than 10 mins walk to Sutton station. From there you can be in London Bridge or London Victoria in 30 mins.
Professional housemate who works in the NHS. Very chilled and friendly.

I am in the process of buying/renovating somewhere, so currently only looking for 4 months max. Happy to consider shorter lets or weekly arrangements.
