A fabulous housemate looking for a clean, trustworthy and like minded person to rent out a spare Double Bedroom.

Room:
- Spacious, light, clean and airy with built in storage. Room is furnished with new double bed but can be removed if preferred.
Furnishings in pictures won’t be included.
(Room is newly decorated with new carpet and white walls, so looks different to picture)

Apartment:
- 2 bed apartment with spacious living room, kitchen and bathroom.

What I’m looking for in a housemate:
- Clean, tidy and hygienic
- Respectful and conscious of noise
- Trustworthy, reliable and laid back
- No couples/friends/parties as we have neighbours with young children.

If you are naturally lazy, unclean or loud please do not apply as we just won’t get on.

About me:
I’m laid back and like to have a laugh, however I do like my home kept clean.
So as long as you’re clean and respectful we’ll get on fine.
