Large double room available for one female for £750 PCM to share for two females for £850 (£425 each)* per calendar month.

****We offer the possibility of sharing a room as there are instances where friends or colleagues want to share a room to reduce their costs. We only offer this possibility if both people who wish to share the room move in on the same day. Both tenants will also have to pay a deposit of £425 each.****

Bills and broadband are included. The room has two single beds, a study table and two wardrobes. A microwave and a toaster are also provided in your room for extra convenience. You will have access to a fridge in the kitchen.

We are located next to 4 major bus routes which are listed below:
1) SL7 - Heathrow Airport to Croydon. We are located in the middle of this route.
2) 213 - Kingston Town Centre to Sutton. 213 takes 30- 40 minutes to Kingston. We are located in the middle of this route.
3) 93 - North Cheam to Putney Bridge.
4) 293 - Epsom to Morden. Epsom is 20 to 25 minutes away by 293.

Trains to London are available from Worcester Park Station which is about 5-7 minutes away by bus or 20 minutes by walking.

Supermarkets, Restaurants, Fast Food Chains and Pharmacies are also 5 to 10 minutes away by walking. Two newsagents are also located below.

There are two females already in the household so we prefer to rent to females.
