The apartment is centrally located, very close to Sutton High Street. Near multiple local bus routes that will connect you to Morden for the Northern line or Wimbledon but it also is only a 5-minute walk from Sutton train station where you can be in Victoria within 30 minutes.

A deposit is required and one month's rent is paid in advance. References will be requested.

You will be sharing with a live-in landlord (gay male) and a 1-year-old Cockapoo. The live-in landlord has first rights to social spaces but upon request, these can be used by the tenant.

Couples will not be considered.

Visitors are allowed within reason, with a maximum of 2 overnight stays per week.
