We are proud to offer a stunning room in a lovely newly refurbished house in the Morden area, near amenities.

The communal area is clean and tidy which comprises with fridge and freezer, washing machine, microwave, and all kitchen appliances.

We require a one off payment of £180 contribution towards the bills, after that the utility bills are included in the rent.

We offer weekly cleaning and maintenance service, also Wi-Fi as a courtesy. We don't charge for these services provided. It's just to keep our standard.

**All the flatmates are young professionals people, they are clean and respectful, so we are looking to keep it in the same standard.
