I own this 4bed 3bath large house in Sutton near Carshalton station, but live-in Mon-Fri only. I already have a lodger with me for many years, and I’m now looking for a second lodger due to cost of living. This is my own home, not those ugly dirty rental property. I have all the necessaries for you to enjoy a decent life: fiber Internet, washing machine, tumble dryer, cooker, fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, …, and all bills are included in the rent.
The house is located on a quiet street with free parking. 0.6 mile walk to Carshalton train station, then have frequent train 25min to Victoria. Or 2.6 mile by bus to Morden tube station for Northern line. Convenient stores and take away just 0.1 mile walk.
The current lodger and me are both mid-age gents, well educated engineers, easy going, clean and very quiet. We work 7am-7pm, and at night, we enjoy surfing the Internet in our own room. Hence the house is always very quiet.
If you joined in, you will live in the large master bedroom king size bed, south facing plenty of sunshine. You will share bathroom with another lodger, and share kitchen among us three. Therefore we expect you will be a similar person as us, that is, you will keep those shared areas clean and tidy, like we all do. You will be quiet and respect other people’s life and privacy, like others respect you. No visitors allowed, no pets, no smoke. you must have a university degree, have a full time professional job. Reference from your employer and your former landlord is required.
