Modern, neat and lots storage available in the garage as well for a bicycle or motorbike.
We are looking for someone calm, non smoker, ideally not a big drinker and who Does Not WFH most days.

It's a single room, with a wardrobe, drawers and a single bed.
Bills included: WiFi, electric, water, communal detergents.
I think there is on street parking but you'll have to check.
Deposit: x1 month rent
Lodger to bring their own bedding
The area is quiet, with decent commuter links to London. Morden station 10 min bus away and 35min to Waterloo on the northern line from there.
