Looking for a flatmate in 1 bedroom flat

I am looking for a friednly and tidy flatmate to share a cozy 1 bedroom flat with. Kitchen has new fridge and washing machine. There is new heating and windows. The room has 2 build in wardrobes, double bed and a I will add a desk amd optionally some other furnitureif required. It is located in a quiet street by Sutton high street. It is 10 mins walk from Sutton Common Station zone 3, 15 mins walk from Sutton Station and 3 minutes walk from local buses. All bills included and car park permit available on the street if required.
I am working Mon to Friday and at weekends I like spending time outdoors walking, meeting friends and reading. Any questions let me know.
Rent is GBP 700 with all bills included and deposit GBP 700 required.
