I have a furnished double bedroom available, nestled in a peaceful residential area walking distance to Sutton town centre and just a 10 minute drive/bus away from Morden tube station which takes you into London within 30 minutes.

About Me:

I am a retired, young at heart, older lady whose daughters have flown the nest and have a spare room for a professional female or student that is looking for somewhere in the area. The large kitchen and garden is a shared space and you will pretty much have the upstairs to yourself. The room comes equipped with a bed and chests of drawers.

I have one cat who mainly romes around outside all day and one small elderly dog who stays by my side. Occasionally my daughter or nephew stay over.

This would suit a female professional who is looking for a clean, suitable base to get to work or studies from at an affordable rate, all bills (including fast wifi) included.

The room is available asap - meeting required first to ensure a good fit!

Has two double built in wardrobes, large chest of drawers and a small double bed - not showing in pics but is in there now.
