This is a 4bed 3bath large house in Sutton near Carshalton station, current occupied by only 2 mid-age gents, the owner (live-in Mon-Fri only) and a lodger, both are well educated engineers, easy going, clean and very quiet. We are looking for a 3rd person, single and have a full time professional job, to share the house with us.

If you joined in, you will live in the recently repainted large double bedroom, very spacious featuring king size bed, build in wardrobe, laminated flooring throughout, South facing bright and warm. You can either share bathroom with another lodger, or since this house has 3 bath, virtually 3 of us each can have his own bathroom.

We have a large kitchen with all utilities, cooker, fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, washing machine, tumble dryer, …, and all bills are included in the rent.

Since the owner himself live in Mon-Fri, this is a well managed home, not those ugly dirty rental property. You are assured will enjoy a decent life here. You will live together with 2 other well educated engineers, who enjoy surfing the Internet in own room – we have 200M fiber internet. Hence the house is always very quiet. And for sure all understand well will fully respect other’s life and privacy.

The house is located on a quiet street with free parking. 0.6 mile walk to Carshalton train station, then have frequent train 25min to Victoria. Or 2.6 mile by bus to Morden tube station for Northern line. Convenient stores and take away just 0.1 mile walk.
