Double Bedroom With Large Private Bathroom To Let

Hi,

I have a double room with a large private bathroom in a 2-bed flat - within 7-8 min walking distance to Sutton Train Station- available from mid-September.

I am looking for a considerate professional with some understanding of cleanness to share the property with me (a single mechanical engineer working full time nearby).

The flat (Council Tax band D) is on 2 floor in a 3 floor building. I am attaching some photos, which were taken by the estate agency 5 months ago. The living room has sofa, tv cabinet, tv, kitchen table etc right now. The room to be let is unfurnished and has a walk-in closet and its own bathroom as big as a room, coming with a separate bath and shower. The kitchen has dishwasher, fridge&freezer and other new appliances. We have new washing&tumble dryer machine, vacuum cleaner, storage closet in the hall.

We have a 55in Qled TV, Xbox series X with Microsoft Gaming Pass, Amazon Prime and Disney Plus memberships and fast fibre internet (Virgin).

There is a closed garage and designated parking space just for us. Currently I do not have car and so you can keep your car there. The garage is also suitable for keeping bikes too and it is under CCTV surveillance.

I am based in the en-suite room, but I don't mind swapping the rooms.

The double room with private bath is £900 + half the bills ( app £1050 in total)

The ensuite room is £950 + half the bills ( app £1100 in total)

The room will be empty by the end of August.

The contract length is ideally 6 months. Short term stay is also fine, but with different pricing.
