I’m Jason. I’m a single professional working in Banking and live with my son. I have a newly decorated double bedroom with single bed available on a Monday to Friday basis. Perfect for professionals working away from home.

The room has a large double wardrobe with drawers, new work desk/chair, hairdryer etc. Everything you’d want and expect. It has newly fitted British wool carpets which are luxurious and soft underfoot. Fresh bed linen and towels will be changed weekly when the room has its complimentary clean. There is an adjoining shower room and a separate loo. Access to newly decorated large living room, kitchen and garden. Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the house and garden. There is a secure garage should you have a bike, and parking is available on the drive, or street.

Our happy family home is a large modern townhouse - newly renovated, warm, light, bright and spacious. It’s cleaned regularly and kept tidy.

We are lucky to be situated in a leafy professional area of South Sutton. It’s a 6 minute walk to Sutton town shops and mainline train station with superb links direct to London Bridge, Victoria, Farringdon, St. Pancreas in 30 minutes. Trains/busses conveniently run through the night. The bus links are also excellent. For those in Healthcare, there are direct bus links to all the local hospitals <1 minute walk from the house.

It’s a very short walk to lovely bars, restaurants and cafes, two cinemas, 3 gyms, major supermarkets, and numerous beautiful parks. It’s also a 5 minute drive to Surrey woodlands and beautiful scenic views.

• Single occupancy - Monday to Friday lodger only.
• Ideal for a professional person working away from home and returning to the main home at weekends; is tidy, friendly, with mutual respect for privacy and own space. Happy to share communal areas.
