Double room with fitted wardrobes to rent for a maximum of 2 months.
Bus S2 to Epsom and going to St Helier hospital ( in the other direction).
Location : 12 minutes Walking distance to Sutton Station and buses 164, 213, 151 , 280 and many more available.

£500 per month is approximately £115 per week. You would need to pay up to 6th of January when you move in.

Deposit is nil.

There's minimal use of kitchen. It might suit someone using microwave and kettle mainly.. However washing machine can be used once a week.

I need someone who is currently working full-time or a full time University student (not Apprenticeship) and the person should not think that if everything is included in the bills , he or she can leave the lights on 24 hours. Please message me with your number.
