We are delighted to offer a stunning room in a beautiful house, located in the heart of Sutton.

The room is fully furnished, and the communal areas are kept clean and tidy. Shared spaces include a fridge, freezer, washing machine, microwave, and all essential kitchen appliances.

Please note: Couples welcome for £300 p. w.

We do not charge any deposit, however, the below is required:

A £200 holding fee is required to secure the room, which will be deducted from your final balance.

After making the payment, please send your documents via email. Then, you will need to visit our office to pay the following:

The first two weeks of the rent

The last two weeks (notice period)

A one-time payment of £200 to cover utility bills for the first three months of the contract.

If you decide to extend the contract on a rolling basis after the initial six months, no additional payment for utilities will be required.

We offer maintenance service, cleaning, and Wi-Fi as a courtesy. These are not included in the rent or bills, and there is no charge for these services. They are provided to maintain our high standards.

All the flatmates are young professionals who are clean and respectful, so we are looking for someone who can maintain the same standards.
